This year’s AI Everything Abu Dhabi carried a clear focus: moving AI beyond experimentation and into real enterprise-wide deployment. It was held on October 6-7 at the ADNEC Centre, Abu Dhabi. The event brought together enterprise leaders, innovators and AI companies to discuss how organisations are using AI in the real world.
It was a fitting backdrop for TeamSync, which was showcased as part of AngelBot AI's presence at the event. Rather than looking at documents as files that simply need to be stored. TeamSync demonstrated a more intelligent approach to working with enterprise information, from finding and managing documents to understanding their content.
We brought a simple idea in the AI Everything 2026 event is enterprise AI needs enterprise data to work with. Our product TeamSync, brings together intelligent document management, search, AI-powered capabilities, version control and security to help organizations.
What We Put on Display With TeamSync
At AI Everything 2026 we did not talk about intelligent document management. We showed what it looks like when documents, AI and workflow work together.
Take something as simple as contract discovery. Instead of opening folders and reviewing agreements one by one, TeamSync can search across the document corpus and answer a specific business question while staying within the user’s existing permissions.
In one platform example, a query for contracts containing a most favoured nation clause returned 14 contracts across 7 counterparties with 3 requiring notice within 30 days. The results were tied back to the underlying documents so the user could move from the answer to the evidence behind it.
So what did we show at AI Everything? Not AI on top of a document repository, but a way for enterprises to turn their existing information into a searchable, understandable and actionable state without compromising control of it.
The Shift: From Managing Documents to Making Them Work
At AI Everything 2026, the conversations around enterprise AI that stood out to me pointed to a value not in the storage of information but in the speed with which it can be located, understood and applied.

Closing Reflection
Enterprise AI is only as good as the data it is trained on, and AI Everything 2026 was a good reminder of that.
While in Abu Dhabi, TeamSync displayed its document-centric platform, which combines document management and search with AI-powered features, workflows, and enterprise-level security.
